Coinciding with Super Time Force‘s long-awaited release today on Xbox One and Xbox 360, developer Capybara Games put out a launch trailer that is in no shortage of the weird and the awkward.

In the trailer (seen above), an animated Super Time Force pokes fun at Merlin’s Internet ignorance and “helps out” a nervous partygoer with a little future tech. And as in the game itself, their abuses of time travel are not without unforeseen, unwanted butterfly effect consequences.

For more about Super Time Force, described by Capybara themselves as a blend of Contra and Braid, check out my review.
