Surgeon Simulator 2013 has received some new content that allows players to perform surgery in zero gravity.

The DLC is free for existing owners of Surgeon Simulator 2013, and all new users have to do is purchase the game for $9.99 to access the content. Developer Bossa Studios has also added “Top Secret World-Stopping Secret Content.” The developer didn’t explain how to access the content–of course not, it’s a secret–but it has something to do with an ARG tentatively entitled Codename: Trisha.

Previously players could access a secret heart transplant in space level, but this DLC adds two new space levels, one which allows you to perform a brain transplant and the other a kidney transplant. There are also 18 new space-based achievements for you to earn.
