The recently released update for Surgeon Simulator 2013 contained a hidden secret, and after some detective work by the game’s community that secret has now been unlocked.

By following a number of steps, detailed in the video below, players can unlock six new alien operations in space, which require you to transplant alien organs such as the gobbleshaft. To access these new operations simply follow the steps below.
