Take-Two is set to take control of the WWE franchise following the recent bankruptcy of THQ.

The publisher has agreed to publish future WWE titles, but the deal is still awaiting court approval. Reports surfaced last month stating that 2K Sports–owned by Take-Two–would be taking over the franchise.

“At this time, the agreement is pending court approval and we anticipate that it will be finalized shortly,” the publisher said in a statement to Polygon. “We are very excited about the potential of this agreement and will have more to share at the appropriate time.”
