Team Meat Debuting Playable Build of Mew-Genics at PAX Prime

Posted on July 1, 2013 AT 11:35am

The developers behind Super Meat Boy are bringing the first playable build of their next project, Mew-Genics, to PAX Prime.

Team Meat also announced they’ll be bringing a 28-page Mew-Genics comic packed with “funformation” to PAX Prime as well.

Developer Team Meat describes Mew-Genics as “a cross between Pokemon and The Sims with a sprinkling of Animal Crossing and a dash of Tamagotchi.” The title is slated for release on Steam, iOS, and Android later this year.

PAX Prime will be held in Seattle, Washingtom, from August 30 to September 2. EGM will be in attendance, so expect hands-on impressions of Mew-Genics from the event.
