Tekken Tag Tournament 2 Gets Its First Free DLC Characters, Stages
Posted on October 10, 2012 AT 02:05pm
As promised, Namco Bandai is making good with their promises for free DLC in Tekken Tag Tournament 2. As announced by producer Katsuhiro Harada, new characters and new stages are now available.
(That is, as long as you’re playing on PS3. It seems that the Xbox 360 version is getting the DLC later on.)
Here’s the Twitter message from “Mr. Tekken” himself, with the details what you’ll get from the downloadables:
TTT2 update today! (Char)Miharu, Sebastian, Slim bob. (Stages) Russia, Saudi, Chili, Poland. Online World Arena, Print customize&Equip etc!!

Most importantly, load times for customised characters have been improved for gameplay, which means that the layers and layers of clothing on your favorite Tekken Tag 2 fighter won’t slow you down in-between matches.
Tekken Tag Tournament 2 has yet to break 500,000 in sales, and will be a longshot to overtake the last TTT game, which racked up a solid 4 million worldwide for PS2. Things may improve later when the Wii U version hits.
