Telltale Reveals Plans for Season 2 of The Walking Dead
Posted on July 9, 2012 AT 02:48am

Telltale has revealed its intention to continue making Walking Dead games after this five episode story arc is complete, and shared plans to bring the current season to retail.
“Following the digital release of our fifth episode we will also be coming to North American retail shortly thereafter and this will not be the last The Walking Dead game series that we do,” said Steve Allison, senior vice president of marketing at Telltale.
Allison also mentioned that sales of season one episodes are very strong, “Our first episodic game series based on The Walking Dead has sold nearly 1.7 million episodes to consumers in just our first eight weeks with no signs of slowing down.”
The next episode, Long Road Ahead, is scheduled to release mid-August for Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and PC.
