TERA has now gone free-to-play under a new name TERA: Rising, En Masse and Gamefroge have announced.
The switch comes with a new dungeon, the Crucible of Flame, and the Champions’ Skyring 3 vs 3 arena.
Two payment models are available, Free Users are granted full access to the game and all content, whereas Veteran Users–players who purchased the game before the free-to-play switch–will be given “advantages in terms of convenience.” Finally current subscribers will be part of the TERA Club which offers a special mount, additional quests, and a selection of boosts.
