Terraria, the popular 2D building and mining game, is coming to PlayStation Vita later this month, developer Re-Logic has announced.
The game released for PC back in 2011, and made the jump to consoles and mobile devices earlier this year. According to the developer, Terraria will be available from December 11 in Europe and December 17 in North America.
Terraria will be Cross-Play compatible, allowing players to share their PlayStation 3 saves with the Vita version and vice versa. Players will have to wait for an update to the PlayStation 3 version before this is possible, but that update should be available shortly, according to Re-Logic.
“Thank you all for being patient as we worked tirelessly to bring you this handheld adventure,” the developer wrote. “Keep an eye on the PlayStation Blog for more information!”
