Jonathan Blow, the creator of Braid and The Witness, is working on his third game.

While there’s been no formal announcement made about the project, Blow revealed in a Twitter post (via IGN) that he’s searching for “an experienced 3D character animator to work on a new, unannounced game.”

The Witness launched to critical acclaim, and was nominated for awards including “Game of the Year” and “Best Original Game” at the 2016 Golden Joystick Awards. The new hire would be joining on to the same team, which operates under the name Thekla, Inc.

In response to another Tweet asking about a potential internship, Blow wrote that “[2018] is so far in the future that I have no idea what will be going on,” so we likely won’t be seeing this new game any time soon. Still, we’ll keep an eye out for this third project in the works.
