Tom Clancy's The Division

Massive Entertainment has decided to push back the release of The Division 2‘s Operation Dark Hours raid and title update three from April 25th to sometime in May.

“We understand everyone’s excitement and anticipation for the first raid coming to the franchise, but we want to ensure the best player experience possible,” the developer explained. “As a result, we will be taking some extra time to tune the balance for TU3 and appreciate your patience during this period.”

In the meantime, a Public Test Server has been opened up for the upcoming title update that will be live until May 2nd. The PTS is only available on PC and requires a separate client download to access.

PvP developer Red Storm Entertainment also went over a number of changes that are being made in the upcoming update, including gear being normalized to Gear Score 500, a reduction in the PvP damage modifier to increase time to kill, the removal of critical hit and headshot damage bonuses when hipfiring, and the addition of a cooldown to Landmarks in the Dark Zone. Read more about the upcoming changes here.

The Division 2 is available now on Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC.
