Tom Clancy's The Division

Ubisoft unveiled the contents of The Division‘s 1.8.2 update during its most recent State of the Game livestream.

The update will be released on June 14th for all platforms and introduces legendary difficulty versions of the Madison Field Hospital and General Assembly missions.

Alongside these new missions, the Reactivation Cache will be added to the game. A total of five of these crates will be available from the Reward Claim Vendor and they contain non-Classified Gear Sets, high-end gear, currency, and weapons to help get players caught up.

Finally, Shields will be added. Shields are part of a new system that will let players unlock rewards in The Division 2 by completing tasks in The Division. More information about Shields will be shared during E3 next week.

Tom Clancy’s The Division 2 was officially announced earlier this year. The game is being developed in collaboration with Ubisoft Reflections, Red Storm Entertainment, Ubisoft Annecy, Ubisoft Shanghai, and Ubisoft Bucharest, and will be powered by an updated version of the Snowdrop engine.
