Bethesda has officially announced the second piece of Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim DLC as the previously rumored Hearthfire.

This latest add-on pack will allow players to “purchase land and build your own home from the ground up – from a simple one-room cottage to a sprawling compound complete with armory, alchemy laboratory, and more,” according to the developer.

“Choose your land, customize your house, guard it from unwanted visitors, and turn your house into a home by adopting children.” Basically this latest DLC is bringing player housing the game, how cool is that?!

The DLC will be available to download from September 4 on the Xbox Live Marketplace for 400 Microsoft Points. Microsoft has a 30 day exclusivity deal with Bethesda for the first two Skyrim DLC packs, so expect it on PC and PlayStation 3 sometime after this expires. You can check out the official trailer below.
