The latest update for Injustice 2 has been deleting some players’ shaders and gear, including premier skins that cost actual money.
Publisher Warner Bros. Interactive and developer NetherRealm Studios are looking into the problem. Meanwhile, if you were one of the unfortunates who was robbed of any hard-earned (or paid-for) gear, you can contact the publisher’s support center and attempt to get that gear back.
NetherRealm Studios stated on Twitter that it’s aware of the issue and is working on a fix, though it hasn’t given an update yet on whether a solution was found. That’s to say, if you haven’t downloaded the update yet, you should consider holding off on doing so until NetherRealm gives the all-clear.
Update 1.10 added Mortal Kombat’s Raiden to the game, though the DLC character will not be playable until sometime in October, with an official release date yet to be announced.
Injustice 2 is available now on Xbox One and PlayStation 4.
