Xbox One

Microsoft has released a new, super-limited Xbox One X design, and this one is based on—of all things—a cookie.

The latest Xbox One X design can only be won as part of a contest, and that contest is sponsored by Oreo Cookies. Those seeking to win the prize have to scan their Oreo packaging and submit the entry on the official Oreo website for a chance to enter. There are a few different prizes, with the custom Xbox One X being one of them.

And, of course, the console has to stick to the Oreo theme. This Xbox One X is dappled black and white, much like a cookies ‘n cream pattern, which doesn’t actually look that bad. More blatant is the picture of an Oreo splashing into some milk, on the top right of the console, and the matching picture on the right-hand side of the matching controller, but overall, the console doesn’t look half bad (especially if seen chiefly from the front).

Chances of actually winning this contest are pretty slim, but if you have a lot of Oreos on hand, it could be worth a try. The contest only runs until March 6th, so act fast. You can see the full contest details on the Oreo website (PDF).
