Funcom has released the first content update for its recently released MMO The Secret World, it is the first in a series of planned monthly updates.

The update adds several Investigation missions, unlocks Nightmare mode for two dungeons (Ankh and Hell Fallen), and adds a new marketplace feature. New players can enjoy a free-to-play weekend starting this Friday, August 3, until Monday, August 6.
