The War Z has returned to Steam after being pulled down over accusations of false advertising.

Valve has stated that it has collaborated with developer Hammerpoint to address the issues that players had when the game was first made available. “The War Z is now available for purchase on Steam. Valve and Hammerpoint Interactive collaborated to address community feedback, update the Steam store page, and make the title available for purchase worldwide,” reads the statement.

“In addition, a patch has been released to update existing customers. As such, the special refund offering extended for The War Z Steam customers who previously purchased the title has concluded.”

The game was originally removed from Steam following hundreds of complaints regarding missing game features.
