PlayStation Plus subscribers can pick up Pixeljunk Monsters Ultimate HD for PlayStation Vita free this week, along with several games starring Batman in some capacity on the cheap.

Batman: Arkham Asylum, Arkham Origins, and Blackgate are all on sale for $12.59, $25.19, and $12.59 respectively. Accompanying The Dark Knight’s solo adventures are Injustice: Gods Among Us ($25.19 on PS4, $12.59 on PS Vita, and $25.19 on PS3), Lego Batman 2: DC Super Heroes ($12.59 for both PS3 and Vita versions), and Mortal Kombat vs. DC Universe for $12.59.

Making its PS4 debut this week is Octodad: Dadliest Catch, Young Horse’s slightly silly cephalopod/father simulator, knocked down a few bucks to $11.99 for Plus members. If you’ve ever wanted to play a game in which agonizing unpredictability of locomotion oftentimes results in hilarity, you should perhaps check out Josh’s review of Octodad’s PC version and consider picking up Dadliest Catch on PS4.

There’s also Cel Damage HD, an HD rerelease of the 2001 vehicular combat game, across all three Sony platforms for $8.99.

This week also marks your last chance to grab Monster Hunter Freedom Unite for PS Vita, which departs the Instant Game Collection on April 29 along with all the aforementioned discounts and a few lingering deals from last week, including a whole mess of Pure Chess content and Castle of Illusion Starring Mickey Mouse.
