Xbox One

This week’s Deals with Gold and Spotlight Sales for Xbox One have also invited Capcom and Rockstar to join on the fun with their own Publisher Sales, and what’s on offer isn’t too shabby.

Capcom’s probably got the most on offer this week, with titles from series like Dead Rising and Resident Evil seeing some major discounts. Monster Hunter: World’s discounted at 40 percent, and both Devil May Cry 4 Special Edition and DmC Devil May Cry Definitive Edition are knocked down around 70 percent their normal retail prices. Meanwhile, Marvel vs. Capcom: Infinite is 60 percent off, and Okami HD is 30 percent off.

As for Rockstar Games, Grand Theft Auto V and the Xbox One version of L.A. Noire are both on sale, as well as a bunch of GTA Online Shark Cards, if you feel like saving money on… money, I guess.

Meanwhile, this week’s Franchise Sale focuses on the Middle-earth games. You can get 10 percent off the new definitive edition of Middle-earth: Shadow of War or settle for a 40 percent discount on the standard edition. Middle-earth: Shadow of Mordor Game of the Year Edition is also 30 percent off.

As for the standard Deals with Gold, Overwatch Legendary Edition is 50 percent off, meaning it might be time for me to finally give in and buy that. The perpetually discounted The Surge is once again on sale, this time for a whopping 75 percent off. Final Fantasy XV Royal Edition is 60 percent off, and the For Honor season pass is only $20 after its run as a Games with Gold. Remember that you will need to have a Xbox Live Gold membership to take advantage of the Deals with Gold sales. Best of all, the utterly charming Unravel Two is 25 percent off.

You can check out the full list on Major Nelson’s website. Happy spending!

Spit white-hot fanboy hate at him, trash talk his Gold II rank on Rocket League, or maybe just send him a cordial hello on Twitter @gogogoroff.
