THQ has announced to its shareholders that Teri Manby will step down from her role as company vice president, corporate controller and chief accounting officer in the next few weeks.

Rose Cunningham has been promoted from senior director of financial reporting, to vice president and corporate controller. THQ chief financial officer Paul Pucino is set to take over Manby’s other responsibilities.

Manby has been with THQ since 2008. No details were offered regarding why she resigned or where she is heading to next.
