Publisher NIS America has released a launch trailer for developer ImageEpoch’s latest JRPG, Time and Eternity.

The launch trailer (embedded below) is less of a traditional, cinematic launch trailer and more like … two minutes of the game’s confusing, seemingly boring combat. Protagonists Toki and Tawa—two souls who inhabit the same body—just seem to stand there, attacking from afar or up close (depending on which soul is dominant—both possess their own fighting-style preference).

I know, I know. JRPG.

Time and Eternity is now available exclusively for PlayStation 3. For more on the game, check out Eric’s review.
