Titanfall Producer Talks Origins, Campaign Multiplayer in New EA FTW Video Interview

Posted on September 12, 2013 AT 11:02am

In a new video from EA’s FTW interview series, Titanfall producer Drew McCoy talks about how their lead artist, Joel Emslie, came up with the idea for the Titans and touches upon the nature of the title’s campaign multiplayer.

“In the campaign multiplayer, you will have something that introduces you to the level in the story—what’s happening,” says McCoy. “And then while you’re playing there’ll be stuff happening around you that’s part of the story, and then—on the Angel City level—there’s an epilogue at the end where the losing team has to try and escape on a drop ship and the winning team has to try and eliminate them.”

Titanfall, first unveiled during Microsoft’s Xbox One reveal in May, is coming to PC, Xbox One, and Xbox 360 spring 2014.
