Tomb Raider

To no one’s surprise, actor Walton Goggins has been officially confirmed for the role of the villain in the upcoming Tomb Raider film.

Goggins was reportedly cast toward the end of 2016, but the actor’s participation was recently verified by the official Tomb Raider Twitter.

Disregarding the lack any prior involvement confirmation, Goggins was recently vocal about his role in the film. In an interview with Yahoo, he talked openly about the direction of the film and his own thoughts on playing the villain. Currently, no details about Goggins’ character have been revealed, but a post to Goggins’ Instagram suggests he will be doing some of his own tomb raiding.
