Late last year, Silicon Knights was ordered to recall and destroy all unsold copies of any of their games built upon Unreal Engine 3—including Too Human. Now, it seems digital versions of the game have also vanished.

While the game was still available via Games on Demand—and other digital content related to the game such as a demo and avatar items were also still being offered up—Eurogamer notes that everything digital related to Too Human has now been pulled.

Though it has not yet been officially announced that this move is due to the court ruling, it seems like the most obvious explanation.
