Ladies and Gentlemen it’s time to get your creative juices flowing as Runic Games has finally released Torchlight II‘s mod tools to the public.

To open the tool, nicknamed GUTS, simply head into the game’s install folder and open up the “Editor” executable. Those who feel a little overwhelmed upon seeing the tool don’t panic because Runic has created a GUTS wiki to help you out.

If this wasn’t enough, Steam Workshop integration is also live, allowing players to publish mods straight to Steam from the editor. Two mods have been put up by Runic to get the ball rolling, a Respec Potion mod and an Eight Player Multiplayer mod–not a bad start.
