Transformers: Fall of Cybertron

THE BUZZ: Activision has announced the official release date for Transformers: Fall of Cybertron.

The game will be hitting U.S. stores August 28 followed by Europe on August 31. The game will continue the story of the battle between the Autobots and Decepticons for Cybertron.

EGM’s TAKE: Most Transformers games haven’t been amazing, however Fall of Cybertron actually looks pretty damn good. For once we have a game standing on its own two feet, no movie casting a shadow over the story and gameplay. Just how well can this installment do? Based on this trailer we’d say it will do just fine. After watching this we’re quite excited to get our hands on it.
