THE BUZZ: Trials Evolution was just launched a few days ago, but the game is already breaking records on Xbox Live Arcade.

EGM’s TAKE: While exact sales numbers haven’t been released at this point, Play XBLA reports that in the first 24 hours of sales, Trials Evolution set a record for the highest grossing one-day sales in the history of the Xbox Live Arcade.

Trials Evolution comes as the sequel to the very popular XBLA release Trials HD, and is the first release for Microsoft’s Arcade NEXT promotion (a promotion set up to push the first batch of XBLA titles that offer the new expanded level of Gamerscore points).
