EA has announced that a free demo for FIFA 18 will be going live later today on Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC.

An exact release time has not been offered, but we do know that the demo will include Kick Off Mode with 12 teams available to try, including Manchester Untied, Real Madrid, LA Galaxy, and Manchester City. Players can also preview the second season of FIFA’s story mode, The Journey.

“Alex Hunter is back for a second season, and rumor has it, he’s on the move,” the blurb reads. “Preview the the next chapter in Hunter’s story in the demo as he travels the world alongside a star-studded supporting cast featuring Cristiano Ronaldo, Antoine Griezmann, Thierry Henry, and new playable characters. The future is bright, and the world is talking about Hunter – but life in football isn’t always fair.”

Last week, EA outlined a number of new features that will be included in this year’s Career Mode, including real-time transfer negotiations, dynamic news clips, and more.

FIFA 18 will be available on Xbox One, PlayStation 4, Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, PC, and Nintendo Switch from September 29th. However, players who pre-order the Ronaldo Edition or Icon Edition of the game can play three days earlier on September 26th.
