Turn 10 Comments on Forza 4 Xbox Live Bans

THE BUZZ: Several Xbox Live users were complaining that they had been banned from Xbox Live for loading up pirated discs after playing legitimate copies of Forza 4. Turn 10 has now commented on the recent complaints.

“We are investigating claims from a select group of Forza 4 players who believe they have been unfairly banned from Xbox LIVE. We take piracy issues very seriously and will be investigating this matter case by case. If we find accounts that have been banned in error, we will reinstate them,” said Brian Ekberg, Community Manager for Turn 10.

EGM’s TAKE: It is still unknown if this is an actual error on Turn 10′s part or if the users are not telling the whole truth. Forza 4 does use Microsoft’s new copyright protection system so that may be the cause.
