Twitch Plays Pokémon recently completed its 16-day playthrough of Pokémon Red and has now started on Pokémon Crystal.

The stream started over the weekend and the same rules as the Pokémon Red playthrough apply. Users are able to submit commands via Twitch chat, and the anarchy and democracy modes are also in effect—users can vote for which mode is active. Under anarchy all commands go through, while under democracy the command that is inputted the most is accepted.

According to Twitch, the Pokémon Red stream had nine million viewers over its 16-day existence, with 1,165,140 participating and issuing more than 122,000,000 commands. At its peak, the stream had a total of 121,000 concurrent viewers.
