Update: A handful of videos Ubisoft just uploaded show two more modes, “Abs Zapper” and “Squat Me to the Moon,” plus the two demoed at the press conference. All are below.

Original Story: Ubisoft is partnering with Microsoft to bring their new fitness title, Shape Up, exclusively to Xbox One, the company announced today during their E3 2014 media briefing.

Two modes were demonstrated live during the press conference: Piano Step—a cardio workout that sees players challenging digital echoes of their past performances or a friend’s past performance by stepping across four virtual piano keys in a note-matching rhythm game not unlike Guitar Hero—and a versus mode that pits two players against one another in a push up contest.

The goal, according to Ubisoft, is to create a fitness game that—unlike actual fitness routines—is fun because players will become lost in the immersion.

Shape Up is coming to Xbox One—Kinect required, of course—in November.
