To help promote the December release of Far Cry 3, Ubisoft is putting Christopher Mintz-Plasse—star of films like Superbad and Kick-Ass—through the horror of playing out the events of the game in real life.

Don’t worry too much for Mintz-Plasse—this is, of course, a mockumentary, so I am going to assume that he really won’t be tortured and killed by a hostile band of thugs on some lush island paradise. Well, I mean, unless he’s the ultimate method actor.

The Far Cry Experience, as it is being called, will be a four-episode web series that’ll be kicking off soon. To give you a taste, here’s the teaser that Ubisoft released today.
