THE BUZZ: EA has released a new trailer for the upcoming Euro 2012 DLC for FIFA 12, detailing the the new Expedition Mode.

The publishers official description of the game mode:

“The all-new Expedition Mode designed exclusively for UEFA EURO 2012 enables fans to build, manage and compete with a customized team against other European nations, crafting the perfect strategy for European domination.

“Fans will choose their favourite European player or FIFA 12 Virtual Pro to captain their customised team, win matches to earn better players from defeated nations, and then defeat the best nations to earn the best players in a campaign quest to defeat all 53 countries and complete the journey to conquer Europe.”

The DLC will be available for Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and PC on April 24.

EGM’s TAKE: This mode is like a whole new game, there appears to be several hours of content here alone. Add that to the online component and actual Euro competition and you’re going to be getting a lot of value for money. If you’re a fan of FIFA and have been looking for something to reinvigorate the game, this is it.
