THE BUZZ: THQ has revealed that the upcoming UFC Undisputed 3 will feature over 150 unique fighters, twice as many as WWE 12 and three times as many as Marvel Vs Capcom 3.

“Someone tell me a fighting game that has more than 150 unique individual fighters? I rest my case =),” THQ boasted on Twitter. Specifically, the game reportedly features 154 unique fighters and will drop in January for both Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3.

EGM’s TAKE: Choice is always nice, but it won’t matter if there are 1,000 fighters if the gameplay isn’t sharp enough to make people want to play them.
