THE BUZZ: Namco Bandai today showed off the upcoming first DLC pack for their recently-released Ace Combat: Assault Horizon via a collection of screenshots.

The DLC pack will add a new aircraft type—the ASF-X Shinden II—along with two new aircraft colors. The first color type is a “Red Devils” version of the F/A-18F Super Hornet, which is fine and all, but the awesome second color is the “Halloween Pumpkin” skin for the F-14D Super Tomcat.

EGM’s TAKE: Excellent. There’s two things I wanted to do this Halloween: eat a bunch of Halloween candy, and do some bombing raids in a tricked-out Jack ‘o Lantern airplane. Maybe somehow I can combine those two things. Hmm.
