Update – DICE Clarifies Battlefield 3 Beta Requirements

THE BUZZ: DICE has cleared up any confusion regarding the requirements for early access to the Battlefield 3 beta.

Earlier it was reported on Battlefield 3′s official Twitter account that a copy of the Medal of Honor disc, not just the code, would be required to access the Battlefield 3 beta early. DICE has since come out and adjusted that statement and is now saying that a copy of the disc is not required for the beta, just the code.

“Sorry for the confusion, the MoH disc will NOT be needed for the closed beta. ^WS”

EGM’s TAKE: This probably had a lot of fans thinking they were going to have to re-buy Medal of Honor, but at least DICE admitted their mistake and rectified it quickly.
