Ubisoft has confirmed that its digital platform Uplay will be available on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.

Uplay will be available on all next-gen titles, including Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag, The Crew, The Division, and Watch Dogs. Players will be able to use one unique profile across both next generation platforms.

The publisher also confirmed that the Uplay PC client will be updated to 4.0 in October.
