For their first release in North America, Rising Star Games is releasing recent Cave bullet hell shoot ’em up Akai Katana—and to introduce players to the game, they’ve release this first in a series of videos.

While I’m more a fan of vertical shooters, Akai Katana is still another great release from Cave—especially due to the very interesting military-meets-fantasy theme that it has going on.

Akai Katana hits for the Xbox 360 need Tuesday, but until then, take a look at this orientation video and get a feel for what you’ll be able to expect.
