Sony has changed how trophy notifications will pop up on screen when playing games on the PlayStation 4, and a new video has hit the Internet giving us a glimpse of those new notifications.

This video comes from “RajmanGamingHD”, and—unless I’m horribly confused—is a quick video of how the trophy pop ups work taken while playing Ubisoft’s Assassin’s Creed IV. Unlike the bigger, less elegant trophy notifications on the PS3, the ones we see here are quick, stylized, and more compact.

Sure, trophy notifications are a small part of a gaming system. However, with them invading our screens while we’re trying to get immersed in the latest epic adventure, they’re a small part that can actually have a big impact whenever they show up.

What do you think about the new PS4 trophy notifications? Let us know in the comments below!
