THE BUZZ: Konami today released The Truth Behind RISING, a 25-minute look at the troubled development of that game that started as Metal Gear Solid: Rising, and which has now become Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance in the hands of its new developer, Platinum Games.

EGM’s TAKE: Getting a chance to see this video yesterday as part of the Metal Gear Rising Q&A, I found it to be a really honest, sincere look at the feelings of the staff at Kojima Productions in terms to what their hopes initially were for the game—and then what went wrong with those hopes.
