These two images tell a story: the PlayStation Vita has cleared FCC testing in regards to its WiFi functions.
Why is that a big deal? As website Engadget explains, “for those unfamiliar with the process, this is widely regarded as the final step before a consumer electronics device is shipped to retailers here in the States, and given that ‘fall’ date we’ve been hearing about, it sure looks as if Sony’s on pace to keep its promise.”
So, a PlayStation Vita before the end of the year, and possibly even Fall? That sure would be swell.
