Warface Xbox 360 beta kicks off today, Microsoft offering two ways to get access

Posted on February 5, 2014 AT 10:29am

Crytek’s free-to-play first-person shooter Warface’s Xbox 360 beta kicks off today, and Microsoft is offering two ways for players to participate, Larry “Major Nelson” Hryb announced.

The simplest way to register for the Warface beta is to go to the game’s official website and sign up for it. Alternatively, Crytek supplied Microsoft with 50 vouchers for instant access, who in turn are giving them away to anyone who answers correctly what four classes are available to choose from in Warface. Answers are to be sent via email to with the subject line “Warface.” The winners will be be sent their codes Friday, February 7.

Beyond, I suppose, just Googling what the four classes are, Hryb recommended watching the beta announcement trailer, which I’ve embedded at the bottom of this post.

Warface will launch in full on Xbox 360 “soon,” available only to Gold members.
