Warner Bros. has not disclosed plans to announce two new titles at Gamescom next month, contrary to reports currently circulating online.

Danish website Gamers Globe started the rumor after it published an article that read, “Warner Bros has announced its lineup for this year’s Gamescom, which includes two revelations of new games.” The publication claimed that one of these games would be a major release.

A spokesperson at Warner Bros. has clarified that it did not make any such announcement, however the publisher didn’t deny that it had plans to reveal something at the event. Gamescom runs from the August 15-19 in Cologne, Germany.
