THE BUZZ: Trapdoor has announced the official release date of the puzzle adventure game Warp on PlayStation 3 and PC.
The title was recently confirmed for a February 15 release on the Xbox Live Arcade as part of the Xbox Live House Party promotion. The title will release a month later on PlayStation 3 and PC, March 13 in the U.S. and March 14 in Europe, to be exact. The game will cost $9.99 on both platforms.
EGM’s TAKE: Warp is an interesting little puzzler which sees you take control of Zero, a weird orange alien who has been captured in an underwater facility. You must choose whether to complete the puzzles using stealth with no kills or to go in all guns blazing and brutally massacre every guard and scientist in your path, a pretty nice choice to have.
“With endless combinations of abilities and upgrades, Warp lets players discover the most effective ways to solve puzzles and move throughout levels and challenge rooms, perfecting their skills and topping competitive leaderboards,” says developer Trapdoor.
If you’re a sucker for a good leaderboard challenge then you should keep your eye on this one.
