The Director’s Cut of Wasteland 2 will be available on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One in October, developer inXile has announced.

The Director’s Cut features Overhauled graphics, fully redone character and level art, tens of thousands of new voice-over lines, revamped weapons, improvements to combat, and all-new “Precision Strike” and “Perk & Traits” systems. InXile also confirmed that game’s UI and control scheme have been completely reworked and optimized for consoles.

Gamescom attendees will be able to try the console version at Deep Silver’s booth.

Wasteland 2: Director’s Cut will be available on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Windows PC, Mac, and Linux on October 13 in North America and October 16 internationally. Owners of the original on PC can upgrade to the Director’s Cut for free.

The Director’s Cut of Wasteland 2 will be available on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One in October, developer inXile has announced.
