Watch Dogs’ Animation Director Gives a Tour of Digital Chicago in Latest Video

Posted on September 4, 2013 AT 11:53am

The latest gameplay video for Ubisoft’s Watch Dogs showcases the systemic elements of the game’s open-world digital interpretation of Chicago.

“When creating the world of Watch Dogs, we wanted to stay true to the city, and give a unique flavor to each and every neighborhood—not only in terms of the architecture, but also in terms of the people that you’ll encounter, and what is happening in their day-to-day lives,” animation director Colin Graham says in the video.

The video (embedded below), narrated by Graham, clocks in at almost 15 minutes, and provides an ample look at the seamless, huge version of future Chicago that Ubisoft has constructed for Watch Dogs.

Watch Dogs launches on PC, PS3, Xbox 360, and Wii U November 19. The PS4 and Xbox One versions launch alongside the consoles on November 15 and November 22, respectively.
