The simulation specialists at Ambulance Simulator and Circus Simulator and Farming Simulator developer Astragon today announced their latest foray in simulated management: Water Park Tycoon.

As the title no doubt very much imparts, Water Park Tycoon sees players taking a small patch of land and building up a water park of their design from humble beginnings to Six Flags–competing scale, hopefully employing enough savvy to create something other than the nightmarish hellhole that are real-life water parks. Nothing says fun in the baking-hot sun like waiting 45 minutes for just a pathetic few seconds of watery respite before doing it all over again.

Management will include building refreshment stands, creating areas that cater to children, keeping on top of trash accumulation, and hiring lifeguards, cleaners, and gardeners.

Water Park Tycoon launches on Windows PC May 23, although it’s unclear if this date applies to both European and North American releases.
