What Was With That Dinosaur In The Battlefield 3 Demo?

The debut of the Battlefield 3 demo kicked off with a soldier admiring his toy dinosaur…….but why?

You probably looked at it and thought “wow look at the graphics on that toy”, or you just thought “hey look a dinosaur!” but there is actually something to it.

A while ago a thread appeared on the infamous website 4chan which was started by someone claiming to work for Activision asking why the game didn’t sell as well on PS3 and PC.

The replies then proceeded to discuss how the lack of dinosaurs was the reason for the game not selling as well. (Honestly this is all true)

So that’s why DICE gave fans what they wanted and included a dinosaur, don’t believe me? Check out this tweet by DICE gameplay designer Gustav Halling.
