THE BUZZ: If you’re a subscriber to Sony’s PlayStation Plus subscription service, here’s a look at what you’ll be getting during the month of January.

Today sees five free releases for PS+ subscribers: the full series for Back to the Future The Game, Sword & Soldiers, Syphon Filter 1 (PS1), Syphon Filter 2 (PS1), and Syphon Filter 3 (PS1).

Then, on January 10th, you’ll get three special deals, where you can get 30% off the purchase of Crysis, Burnout Crash, and Gatling Gears.

On January 17th comes a new “12 for ’12” promotion, where PS+ subscribers will be able to get “12 games for the New Year” as extra discounted rates.

EGM’s TAKE: The entire Back to the Future The Game package for free? Man, that’s a heck of a deal, especially given the fact that I bought the entire bundle but haven’t had the chance yet to getting around to playing it. Had I waited, I could have had it for free! Oh well.
