Nintendo’s efforts to take ownership of WiiU.com have been denied by the World Intellectual Property Organization, Fusible reports.
Nintendo filed a complaint against the domain’s owner—a business in Burlington, Massachusetts who has kept the domain registered since 2004—back in February. There is nothing currently up at the domain besides links that lead back to the official Nintendo website.
There’s been no word on why Nintendo’s claim was denied.
